Connecting International Talent with Innovative Companies in Bizkaia

The B-STEM Company Training program aims to attract and retain young international talent in Bizkaia in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

· Respond to the demand for STEM talent and strengthen business innovation.

· Offer young foreign participants a first international professional experience.

· Promote diversity, inclusion, and intercultural integration.

· Strengthen Bizkaia’s image as an open and attractive territory for global talent.

This initiative will involve the participation of 20 young people aged between 22 and 30, preferably from Latin America, who will undertake six-month supervised training internships in companies in Bizkaia. The programme includes prior training in professional and intercultural skills, as well as legal and social support. It is made possible thanks to the collaboration of local companies committed to innovation, social responsibility and equal opportunities.
