Details of the initiative
Purpose and scope

To design a training program for Bizkaia SMEs with the aim of providing them with the knowledge and technical-practical tools to be able to work on their “Employee Journey & Experience” within their talent management strategy.

The aims of the training course are:

  • To provide a common theoretical framework about “Employee Journey & Experience”.
  • To provide a general idea of the stages which this concept is made up of and basic ideas prior to its implementation in the SME (tips, examples, key points).
Result

A 5-week hybrid program designed to provide an immersive and effective experience for 25 Bizkaia SMEs, whose training itinerary is divided into 4 main activities:

  • Workshop: a session in which the key stages of of the employee journey are analysed.
  • Learning Pills: tools and methods to understand in practice and in an introductory manner the stages of the journey.
  • Talks: spaces for dialogue to share successful cases of companies which have implemented innovative strategies.
  • Retrospective: space for strategic reflection on the lessons learned and the next steps to take.
