Details of the initiative
The current demographic challenge and the three-year running of the 42 Urduliz Bizkaia campus highlight the need to take a further step forward, and not only develop the digital talent of today’s youth, but also that of everybody who is currently active.
This laboratory contributes towards the digital transformation of companies in the province by improving the training of their employees.
Training experiences focused on technical and transversal skills will be designed and implemented. All of them with innovative technology in the 42 style; self-learning and collaborative and project-based work, as well as market-relevant topics, all with a gamified approach.
